
Rüdiger Knopf
Rüdiger Knopf (born 1960) studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and graduated with a degree in business administration. After years in the finance department of BASF and in transaction consulting at Arthur Andersen (now Ernst & Young), Rüdiger Knopf founded a transaction law firm with partners in 1990, which he later merged with a major international law firm and of which he was Managing Partner and Managing Director in Germany. Rüdiger Knopf focuses on the structuring and implementation of all types of corporate transactions, often with an international background and with reference to private equity.

Michael Roos
Dr Michael Roos (born 1965) studied law at the University of Mainz. After a teaching assignment in Great Britain (Leicester), a period as a research assistant at the University of Mainz and a doctorate in comparative transaction law, Dr Roos joined a major international law firm as a solicitor in 1997 and became a partner in 2000. In 2009, Dr. Roos founded his own transaction law firm, which he merged with a major international law firm in 2017, where he served as managing director and partner. Dr Roos runs a family office and regularly works as an interim manager in the transaction environment. His professional focus is on corporate transactions of all kinds, often international and related to private equity.
